At HandsOnKit, we take great care in delivering safe, high-quality learning kits. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict exchange-only policy as outlined below.
1. Exchange Eligibility (7 Days)
We offer exchange only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged during transit
- The item is defective
- You received an incorrect product
Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance.
2. Condition for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unused and unassembled
- Item must be in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase is mandatory
Any item showing signs of use, wear, damage after delivery, or missing components will not be eligible.
3. No Refund Policy
HandsOnKit does not offer refunds.
All approved cases are resolved only by replacement/exchange of the same product or equivalent value.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. How to Request an Exchange

Our team will review and respond within 48 working hours.
5. Exchange Approval & Processing
- Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Replacement will be dispatched once the returned product is received and verified.
6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted items
- Requests raised after 7 days
7. Courier & Return Handling
- For approved defective/damaged cases, return pickup will be arranged.
- Any non-approved returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
8. Final Authority
HandsOnKit reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after verification.
