Shipping Policy

At HandsOnKit, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning kits safely and on time across the UAE. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed on HandsOnKit are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays and UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timeline

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote area access limitations.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed clearly during checkout before payment.
  • Charges may vary based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Order size and weight
    • Courier service availability

There are no hidden shipping fees.


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details that allow you to monitor your shipment until delivery.


5. Delivery Attempt Policy

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachability:
    • Re-delivery charges may apply.
    • Unclaimed or returned shipments may attract additional courier handling charges.

6. Address Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:

  • Flat/Villa number
  • Building name
  • Street/Area
  • Emirate
  • Active contact number

HandsOnKit will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier, and resolution will be provided accordingly.


8. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

HandsOnKit shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier network disruptions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or technical failures

9. International Shipping

Currently, HandsOnKit ships only within the United Arab Emirates.
